Label Brandspace ("we", "our", "the studio") operates from Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. This policy describes the limited personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and any context you choose to share (company, role, budget, timeline, capability interest, and the message body). We also keep standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security and performance.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, qualify the engagement, and maintain a record of prior correspondence. We do not sell or rent your information.
Where it lives
Contact submissions are stored in our managed backend (database) and are readable only by authorised studio staff.
Retention
We retain inquiry records for up to 24 months unless the engagement converts into an active project, in which case they form part of the project archive.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us by writing to studio@labelbrandspace.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Updates
We may revise this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
