Launch sequencing across performance, PR and creator partnerships. Built a measurement spine the CFO could read in one page.
The problem with financial-services launches
In FSI the constraint is not reach, it is trust. Paid acquisition into a category where customers are deciding who to hand money to converts poorly unless something has already established credibility. So the plan led with earned and partnership credibility and let performance harvest the demand that created.
Sequencing
Weeks one to three: positioning, proposition testing and press architecture — the story, the proof points and the spokespeople. Weeks four to six: earned coverage and creator partnerships selected on audience trust rather than follower count. Weeks seven to ten: performance switched on against the demand curve, with creative built from the objections the earned phase surfaced.
We did not run six channels at once. We ran them in the order the customer needs them.
Honest measurement
Attribution in this market flatters everyone, so the launch was measured on incrementality: a geo-holdout on the largest paid channel, branded-search lift as the read on earned, and blended CAC with payback stated at a named confidence level. All of it collapsed into one page the CFO reviewed monthly.
What Label held
Go-to-market strategy, PR architecture, creator partnerships, performance media and the measurement framework.
Outcome
A launch the finance function could defend line by line, and a repeatable channel playbook rather than a one-off campaign.
